The security authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina have started investigations into the accident caused by the landslide during the explosion of a part of the stone crusher in Bijella near Mostar, where two people were injured and several vehicles were damaged.

The Operational Center for Civil Protection announced on Sunday that the investigations have continued and that the police are securing the accident site, Telegrafi reports.

On April 6, around 18:30, a large amount of rock was detached from the landslide as a result of the quarry explosion.

During the explosion of one part of the quarry, the other part was also detached, which caused the fall of a large amount of stones that ended up in the river.

During the fall, a large amount of stone buried the cars that were on the road, two cars ended up in the river, while one car is being searched, as it is not known whether it is under the ground or in the water.

Fortunately, the cars are owned by the climbers who were not in them at the time of the accident. /Telegraph/
